What we do
We specialize in making and decorating Fruit Rum Cakes mainly for weddings and other festive occasions.  

Our business history
Back home in the Islands my mom made and decorated wedding cakes for anyone getting married in the community where we lived. She taught me how to bake and make all kinds of cakes and pastries. Over the years since I came to America, I made cakes for wedding and various other occasions. I never took it seriously as a business until about 2006.

If you are from the West Indies or any Caribbean Country you know how hard it is to find someone to make a good rum cake and especially finding someone on the web who will also deliver and set up your cake, well we do. We bake your cake from scratch to your specificaion, ice and decorate the cake, then deliver and set it up on the table at the reception venue.

What makes us unique
We are unique in that all our  cakes are made from scratch using fresh products, real eggs, butter, sugar and fruit. We do not use pre packaged stuff. Whenever you taste our cakes you know the difference. I do not like to use pre package cake mixes unless specifically asked to do so. References can be obtained by request.

PS. I lived in brooklyn previously but in 2007, I moved to Rosedale Queens but we make cakes for delivery within the five borroughs of New York.
