I am Jamaican living in San Francisco and I cannot find
anywhere here to get a jamaican rum fruit cake. My Mom was
celebrating a special birthday in April. In San
Francisco, Rum Cake is not readily available to the West
Indian Community. I search the web and found this site. After going
back and forth with them about shiiping a decorated cake, which
would be almost impossible, Clair suggested that she
could make muffin rum cakes. I grasped onto the idea right away
and ordered the cakes. My mom was very surprised since I had
not told her I was getting rum cakes, the guests loved the
cakes and the only problem I had was that I did not order more
cakes. Everyone was delighted and very surprised that I had served
rum cakes at the party.
PS This customer have now ordered three times.

I an from Belize and I ordered a pound type cake from Caribbean
Wedding cakes for my parents 50th Anniversary in June, 2006. I live
in Connecticut and called to order on the phone without tasting
a cake from them. I was delighted when I went to pick up the cake.
It was well decorated and much bigger than I thought. Everyone at
the party loved the cake and enjoyed the taste. Well done Caribbean
Cakes!

I am from Grenada. A friend referred me to Caribbean Wedding
Cakes in December of 2004. I went for my consultation, tasted the
cake and loved it. I placed my order for 9 cakes with 6 set of
stairs and fountain, for my May 2005 wedding. Today is July 25th,
2006 and I still have cakes from the wedding. I got wedding cakes
and sheet cakes for the boxes. The cake was well
decorated and I was very pleased with it.
The lighted water fountain under the cake sparkled in the
night and created a perfect ambiance and the place in the room where
everyone wanted to take pictures. I was very pleased with the
level of service, the taste and presentation.

Just a quick note to say thanks behalf of my husband and
myself. I am from the United Kingdom and my hubby is a New Yorker. I
found this website and called Clair and made an appointment. I
wanted Black rum cake as is the tradition in England and my
hubby wanted regular American white cake but after tasting
Clair's rum cake, my hubby who has never yet tasted rum cake,
changed his mind and we got all rum cake for our wedding. I
choose fondant covered cake with real orchids. It was really lovely.
So I just wanted to say thanks to Caribbean Wedding Cake for making
our wedding cake. You are the best..!!

Love the cakes you did for my sons 16th birthday. Everyone was

I love the cake you made for my wedding. Everyone said the cake
taste like a true Rum cake with lots of rum like we like it. I
really appreciate the extra mile you went to make your own Fondant
at my request. I was doubtful of the store bought fondant but
you said you would make ours from scratch and you did.Will return
your stand in three days. Again my husband and I thank you from the
bottom of our hearts.

This is just to say I thank you for the lovely cake you did for
our wedding in Jamaica in April 09. I love the look of fondant but
was a little sckeptical of the Fondant taste but none of our guests
noticed the difference when they tasted the cake. Matter of fact
they seem to love having the extra icing on the cake. I am now a
believer in fondant. Also the cake couldnt have tasted better. All
of my husband's family and friends loved the rum cake, they even ask
to take some back to Canada.
