They are covered in hard icing and then fondant that we make from icing sugar nd a gumpaste flower added to the top. We like to uise calla lillies or orchids but any flower you choose is fine. Most guests do not want to eat them because they look so pretty.

They were put in a transparent box with either silver or gold on the bottom. These are sold in minimum amounts of 25 and cost $8.50 each.
