Christmas Hoiday Black Rum Fruit Cake 12"

You are ordering a 12" round Black Fruit Rum Cake The size of the cake is whatever the diameter is, that is the measurement across the bottom of the tin. This cake should have about 65 or more slices depending on how it is cut.

Please note that this cake will be wrapped with foil, packed carefully in a box and shipped out to you or your recipients, as we have been doing all these years. We are doing the 8 and 10" in tins this year but we have not found a 12" tin as yet

Cakes are slowly baked from scratch with wine and rum, then soaked in more rum before shipping. We therefore need to have your order in advance of the time needed. This 12" cake will be baked and shipped as order so we definitely need time.
