Adams Wedding Cake

This was another Fondant covered small cake. The bride was caucasian from the UK. She was marrying a New Yorker and wanted a rum fruit cake.She said she searched all over for black cake but most sites thought she wanted a chocolate cake.
She finally found our website and made contact from England. We worked out all the details, she made an appointment and she and her hubby came to see us. He wanted regular sponge cake for his side of the family who is also caucasian. When he tasted the Rum cake he said he would not want any other cake, everyone will be eating rum cake. He ate all the tasting I served them...hahahha.

The cake was a small cake with the largest one at the bottom being the 10". She had real Cymbidium orchids which was supplied by the florist.It was a very small wedding which took place on the upper west side at a restaurant. The setting was lovely and intimate.
