Rum Fruit Sheet Cake 18x12x2-Serves 54

Sheet cakes are used at weddings, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, and other large occasions. They are cut up and serve to the guests. We ice and decorate with your chosen color. The most popular sheet cake measures, 18X12X2. We use 100% proof Jamaican White Rum, other lighter rums can also be used based on your preference. This cake serves about 54 guests depending on cutting skills and size needed.

If you oder your cake boxes from us (see cake boxes section) we will cut up the cake and put in boxes. If you bring your own cake boxes we will allow you to come in and do it yourself. Most brides designate someone like their mom, pop or sister to do the cutting and boxing.
