Donna's Fountain Heart Wedding Cake-Serves 375

This is a very elaborte cake that the bride and I designed using ideas from different cakes. This bride and groom is from Grenada West Indies and wanted a full Fruit Rum Cake in their true Caribbean style. The main cake was a 16" cake with a 10" on top and a 6" bridal cake on the last top. There were two stairs branching off from the main cake into two 12" cakes and those branching off into three heart shaped cake with a fountain underneath. The bride was very pleased with this cake and had a lot left over to give relative and friends as most West Indian people like to do.
