Arlene's 4 Way Sattelite Wedding Cake-Serves 250

This bride had silver and white as her colors and did not want any other color or flowers on her cake. So we went for a white and silver theme. We used very elegant crysal look stairs and plates, with white icing and silver dragees on the cake.

This bride is from Trinidad and the groom is American from down South. The bride wanted fruit rum cake and the groom wanted carrot cake, so the cake consisted of two types of cakes

The bridal cake was a 16" main cake with a 18" bridal cake directly on top. From the main 16" cake flowed four crystal stairs falling into into four seperate 12" cakes a fountain underneath. We finish the design, with crystal dust in the water. It looked really elegant and matched all the colors or the bridal party in their elegant silver gowns. An elegant affair it was indeed.
